The resort has very nice facilities, a beautiful pool, and an extremely comfortable bed that truly made the stay worth the amount paid. I would like to thank Ms. Lara for her professionalism and swift response to my inquiry through the Booking .com application. Special thanks as well to Ms. Sawsan for her kindness and support at the front desk, and to Haniya for the lovely complimentary offers during my stay. I also extend my appreciation to Manager Fadi, who promptly resolved urgent matters with great efficiency. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience, and I look forward to returning again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel has been well maintained over time. The facilities were okay for the price we paid. Staff were very helpful especially the lady at the reception who attended to us. They have this lovely restaurant there where you can have fine dining and also take "instagrammable" pictures. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of options.

I had a great stay at this hotel, clean rooms, great service, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out was the amazing staff, especially Riva and Susan. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always welcoming and supportive.

The property is very convenient & the staff is very helpful specially Reva in reception, she facilitates everything to us during our stay , excellent facilities & excellent breakfast with many varieties , at all you will find all what you need in one comfortable place and very welcoming & helpful staff

4 nights were fairly comfortable staff were nice and the food was good. However, the place needed a renovation at some points Anyway, I can say it was a nice hotel
